Empire Recycled Paint Inc. is expanding and is now seeking Paint Processors for our warehouse located in Syracuse NY. We require individuals who are seeking steady reliable work hours but dont mind getting their hands dirty! If you also possess a positive attitude and great work ethic then join our professional team and work in a safe and inclusive environment. This is a physical job (must be able to lift 50 pounds) and NO EXPERIENCE is NEEDED
Responsibilities
- Motivating the team to keep the production flow continual and increase productivity.
- Opening bulking scraping and processing waste paint as part of a production line
- Management of empty paint containers in various areas within the plant
- Moving paint materials and needed supplies throughout the warehouse; manual labor moving drums boxes and full/empty cans and pails will be required.
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Assisting warehouse Supervisor and Management with job-related tasks.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use and securing the job site on a daily basis
- Unloading emptying and separating paint cans
Requirements and Skills
- No experience necessary learn on the job
- Looking for a high-energy person who will lead the team to better productivity
- Fulfill all requirements to be employed in the US
- Experience driving a forklift would be an asset
- Positive pleasant attitude
- Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending stooping walking standing and ability to lift up to 50lbs
