What Youll Do
- Manage a portfolio of surety bond accounts-handling submissions renewals changes and compliance
- Analyze client history and financials to assess risk and determine appropriate bond solutions
- Communicate underwriting requirements and decisions clearly to clients and producers
- Coordinate claims communication and monitor claim progress
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients producers and underwriters
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell commercial lines.
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in surety bonds or bond-related underwriting/service
- Active Texas General Lines P&C license required
- AFSB designation preferred or in progress
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Applied Epic preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
- Experience working with construction or real estate clients a plus
