- Act as Analytical Sciences SME within cross-functional teams.
- Design and execute studies supporting product development and manufacturing efforts.
- Act as study sponsor for registration enabling studies at external laboratories while ensuring timely study completion that adhere to EPA and FAO/WHO guidelines.
- Train production staff on analytical instrumentation and procedures used in the manufacturing environment.
- Perform testing for release of raw materials intermediates and finished products using various standardized extraction and analysis techniques.
- Define key quality attributes. Perform analytical method development and qualification/validation.
- Maintain troubleshoot calibrate and verify performance of instruments.
- Maintain detailed documentation of results and activities per departmental expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate out-of-specification or out-of-trend observations
Qualifications :
- Minimum of a bachelors degree in chemistry or related discipline with 7 years experience working in an analytical laboratory setting.
- In-depth knowledge of GC HPLC UV FTIR and mass spectrometry.
- Strict attention to detail and diligence in documenting all activities and observations.
- Proven technical writing skills.
- Use of structured approaches to solve difficult research-based problems.
- Strong desire to act as a team member and leader in an environment where initiative collaboration and accountability are core values.
