We are looking for an experienced and visionary Human Resources Manager Operations to lead the HR department at our new U.S. manufacturing and distribution plant. As the first HR leader on-site you will be instrumental in developing the people strategy building a strong workplace culture and ensuring operational excellence in all HR domains.

Strategic HR Leadership & Culture Building
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and foster a high-performance inclusive workplace culture.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and active member of the plants leadership team.
- Establish and refine HR programs policies and practices aligned with company values and goals.
- Be a true business partner for every manager and employee
Employee Relations
- Experienced business partner in social relations
- Excellent negotiator
- Good understanding of US law
Compensation & Benefits
- Good knowledge of payroll insurances benefits tax
- Good understanding of US law
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage daily HR functions including performance management employee relations compensation benefits and training.
- Ensure full compliance with federal state and local employment laws.
- Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and measure impact.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead workforce planning for start-up and growth phases of the facility ( 60 120 p)
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments together with the recruiter US
- Oversee onboarding and new hire integration for a seamless employee experience.
Employee Engagement & Leadership Development
- Implement employee engagement programs and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Provide coaching to supervisors and managers to build leadership capability and accountability.
- Promote recognition and continuous improvement across teams.
International Collaboration
- Coordinate with global HR and executive leadership teams to align on policies and share best practices.
- Participate in annual visits to Stow HQ in Belgium for global HR integration.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Master degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law or related
- 10 years of progressive HR experience with 3 years in a role in manufacturing logistics or distribution environments.
- Demonstrated success in HR leadership during plant start-ups or rapid-scaling organizations or re organizations
- Strong emotional intelligence communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Open Communicator and strong character
- Experience with HRIS platforms and a data-driven approach to HR strategy.
- Experience Labour Law of Georgia and Illinois
- Experience in leading a team
- Youre living in the area of Atlanta
