As a Sales Operations Analyst II you will be part of our Sales Operations team working with a group of dedicated professionals to deliver flawless solutions. The successful candidate demonstrates a sense of urgency strong can do attitude and sense of accountability versus expected deliverables. Moreover a fruitful collaboration within a cross-functional working context is crucial for the success of this role.
What will you do
- Review Requests For Proposal information to ensure adequate information has been received to prepare project costing and liaise with operational and sales teams as appropriate.
- Provide support to the Sales team during teleconferences with clients to ensure a clear understanding and accurate estimation of the technical aspects of projects. Seek assistance from senior members of the proposals team and follow up when necessary.
- Build cost estimates in the current costing tool.
- Draft and complete bid proposals using current templates with moderate review from the supervisor.
- Receive mentorship from senior members of the Drug Product Commercial Proposal team related to the pricing that should be applied to opportunities.
- Own the Executive Inbound and Outbound Opportunity Review teleconference segments for assigned opportunities.
- Acquire necessary internal approvals before sending the final proposal to the Sales team.
- Manage the editing and updating of the quote records in .
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the proposals process.
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelor level education in Science Engineering or Business is strongly preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- 3 years of professional working experience.
- Pharmaceutical services proven experience is helpful but not required.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Language skills: Proficient in both English and Italian.
- High proficiency and capability with MS Office Suite primarily with Excel and Word.
- Experience writing client-facing documents in MS Word.
- Proficiency with (CRM) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse group of colleagues in various locations.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment with shared critical metric goals.
