Whats the role
Youll be the data storyteller turning numbers into insights that shape how Westpac manages workspace utilisation and future requirements. As a Functional / Operational Business Analyst working within the Property & Security Strategy team youll dive deep into swipe access data property records incident logs and everything in between translating it into actionable strategies. Your role Spot trends solve problems and help create workplaces that work smarter. This full-time role is based in Sydney offering the chance to innovate automate and continuously improve how our teams interact with their physical spaces.
What do I need
- Experience needed: working with Power platforms (Power BI Power Apps) data analysis and analyticswith anunderstanding of Property & Security data sets and a strong ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- A problem-solving mindset always looking for ways to improve and automate
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present insights clearly up to Head Of level
- The ability to translate raw data into strategic action that enhances workspace planning
