Job Description
The Onboarding Specialist will serve as the initial contact person for all the new hires and liaison practice administrator medical office manager and others involved in the recruitment and onboarding processes. They will consistently provide the Augusta Health Way service throughout this process taking a concierge approach with the highest level of service consistent with the Augusta Way is achieved.
Assist the Manager of Physician Recruitment in provider recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or related field experience preferred
- Previous experience in working directly with providers and building physician relationships required
Skills:
- Outstanding professional skills and presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and sensitivity while working with confidential and personal information
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
