Digital Consultants is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join our team! As the Helpdesk Specialist you will address service request/problem incidents and initiate follow-up to ensure timely disposition and completion of work. You will track all action items and referrals through resolution and provide an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels.
Duties to include:
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday
