**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Insulation Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the installation of attic insulation solar-powered attic ventilation systems and other energy-saving home improvements. You will lead a team of technicians ensuring that projects are completed efficiently safely and to the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install attic insulation to improve home energy efficiency.
- Install solar-powered attic ventilation systems.
- Oversee and lead a team of technicians on various home improvement projects.
- Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in insulation installation and home improvement projects.
- Knowledge of solar-powered systems is a plus.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
