Job Description

RN Home care Supervisor
Compensation:$45 - $50 per hour
Job Location: Auburn and Portland Territories Maine

Description of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Homecare Supervisor to join our team at Interim HealthCare- Maine. As the RN Homecare Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality homecare services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate homecare activities
  • Develop and implement care plans
  • Assess patient needs and provide nursing interventions
  • Train and mentor homecare staff
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

  • Valid RN license in the state of Maine
  • 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Prior experience in homecare
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
