Job Description
The candidate is expected to perform experiments to support downstream process development activities for viral vectors manufacturing.
- Working experience with viral vectors is required.
- Conduct purification experiments utilizing kta Avant systems.
- Record and analyze experimental data verify data integrity and accuracy.
- Report/summarize findings to the project team.
- Write technical documents and main work records in electronic notebooks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in life sciences or a related scientific discipline
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Hands-on experience in purification of proteins or biologics is required.
- Broad knowledge in chromatography techniques and purification process development is required
- Previous experience with transfer of a purification process to clinical and commercial GMP manufacturing is preferred.
Additional Information :
Position is full-time Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House PA are encouraged to apply.
