Were looking for a Business Planning Analyst to join our European Sales and Market Analyst team. In this role youll be a vital partner to Segment Leaders helping shape strategic decisions through market sizing forecasting initiative tracking and business planning.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Conduct market sizing forecasting and participation analysis across segments (e.g. Residential Commercial cold Chain).
Maintain Bain charts and other visual market modeling tools.
Collaborate with Segment Leaders to support the business planning process including initiative integration and scenario planning.
Track performance against plan and provide regular variance reports.
Design and deliver internal reports dashboards and presentations for strategic reviews.
Lead or support improvement initiatives in planning processes.
Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations based on internal and external data.
For This Role You Will Need:
University degree in Business Economics Data Analytics or related field.
At least 3 years work experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel Power BI or equivalent tools).
Experience working cross-functionally in an international organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Distinctive analytical pragmatic and result oriented competencies.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Oracle Hyperion knowledge.
Flexible attitude ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Pro-active able to identify and handle priorities.
