We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team. As an IT Project Manager at MMC Tech you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various technology projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will include acting as a Scrum Master and providing program management for multiple internal IT projects. This role will be based inCluj-Napoca Romania.
We will count on you to:
Maintain and support the PMO Methodology and Lifecycle Processes.
Educate and consult with the PM group on methodology and documentation.
Track programme status and project artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with methodology and conduct regular audits of ongoing projects.
Analyse data and provide regular reports to PMO leadership and stakeholders.
Support Project Managers and Programme Finance Managers with project methodology and tools.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams on budget templates and financial reporting.
Recommend corrective actions for projects as needed.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in managing IT projects.
Demonstrated expertise in programme management including planning execution and monitoring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English French and Romanian.
