Senior Client Service Manager
Grosmont Redcar
12-month Secondment full time (37.5hpw)
Salary: 28174 p.a. and great benefits including Health Cash Plan
On call shift payment of 14.30 per session

You will be guiding a dedicated team to deliver life changing person centred housing support for individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

Typical day as a Senior Client Service Manager
- Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient high-quality person-centred services in line with our contracts evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
- Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service
- Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recordedaccurately
- Managing the contracts budgets and KPIs and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners
- Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe supportive person-centred service

You have
- The people skills to take others with you to help others grow as well as the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned to our values
- The understanding of where our customers are in their life and have the passion to advocate for them.
- Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment
- Experience of people management
- Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers
- To get from A to B youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage!

Job details
- Flexible working hours (or were open to agreeing a work pattern with you)
- Work pattern Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 as well as on call if/when required
- This is a service based role and youll spend 5 days in the office.
- Able to use technology for prepping budget analysis incident management as well as other integral operational tasks.
- Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
