Head of Property Management
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to lead across a wide range of asset management functions. The post holder will be responsible for monitoring reviewing and managing performance of our property management function asset management markets school contracts community asset transfer and strategy function.
About the candidate:
Were looking for someone with significant experience of working in the built environment asset management estates and property. The successful candidate will have extensive understanding and knowledge of asset management within the public sector and experience of managing complex services at a senior level.
