We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurialPhysicianswith adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers in our Nassau County Urgent Care Centers
Providers will be required to Float throughout the Nassau County Region
Physician (M.D./D.O.) Pay Range: $120/hour - $145/hour (specialty training and experience based range)

Additionally we have two Excellent Bonus Program(for fulltime or part-time):Daily Volume Bonuspaid monthlybased on patient visit metrics met per shift(to reward those who work at the busier centers).
Quarterly Bonusof up to 5% on top of your clinical base salary based upon patient satisfaction scores and quality measures.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Physicians:BC in Family Medicine Med-Peds or Emergency Medicine
1-2 years experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures casts splints etc.) reading EKGs and X-rays.
