Are you passionate about fitness and motivating others to achieve their health goals ATL Fitness 24/7 is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Trainer/Salesperson to join our Alpharetta team! If you have a strong fitness background excellent communication skills and a knack for sales we want to hear from you.
Position: Personal Trainer/Salesperson
Location: ATL Fitness 24/7 - Alpharetta
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for clients.
- Lead engaging and effective one-on-one or group training sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Actively promote and sell memberships and personal training packages.
- Participate in marketing events and initiatives to attract new clients.
- Stay up-to-date with fitness trends and continuously expand your knowledge.
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM ACE ACSM or equivalent).
- Proven experience in personal training and/or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of nutrition and wellness principles.
