Job Description
At Nordyne We engineer top-tier residential and manufactured housing HVAC equipment that our contractors love to install our end-users comfortably enjoy and our partners proudly carry.
Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing parts
- Gather organize verify quantities and quality of parts
- Position and align components using hand tools jigs and fixtures
- Fasten parts securely using screws bolts and adhesives
- Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify any defects or misalignments
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Identify and report any defective parts or assemblies to management
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Understand and maintain proper inventory control methods and tools
- Ability to work with small parts with precision
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot assembly issues
- Must be able to read and interpret instructions with or without accommodation
- Perform other related duties as required by supervisor.
Qualifications
Position Qualifications
- High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others.
- Ability to move or lift up to 29lbs unassisted with or without accommodation.
Requirements
- Employees must be able to read numbers perform basic mathematical calculations and comprehend basic safety instructions.
- Must be able to work overtime as business need require.
