2024-2025 Lunchand Recess Monitor - Part-time
Holy Family Catholic School; Shorewood IL
Positionavailable: As soon as possible

Work Schedule Status:Part-time (unbenefited) position. Work hours may not exceed 29 hours per week.
The part-time Lunch and Recess Monitorwill work each Monday - Friday that classes are in session as per a schedule developed by the Principal.

Lunchand Recess Monitor
Seeking an energetic anddynamic Lunchand Recess Monitorwho will workeach Monday through Friday that school is in candidates are individuals who are interested in interacting with elementary school students helping them to follow lunch/recess rules and maintaining a safe environment while the students enjoy lunch and addition the applicant must be willing to help teach children how to use indoor voices while enjoying lunch help teach table manners help distribute milkand hot lunches and help to maintain a welcoming lunch environment for all.

The ideal candidate of good characteris preferred to be (but not required)a licensed teacher a sub or a paraprofessional.
Candidates must complete an online Frontline Applicant Tracking applicationcompleteProtecting Gods Childrentraining as well asan Accurate Biometrics criminal background checkwith fingerprinting protocol.
Compensation rates are commensurate with education and experience.

Physical and Mental Demands Work Hazards

While performing the duties of this job the employee may frequently be required to sit stand walk talk hear see feel with hands reach with arms walk up or down multiple flights of stairs and be physically able to perform duties as assigned including the ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds if needed.
Works in standard office and school building environments but also has ability to work outdoors during outdoor student activities.
