Job Description
Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a Michigan-based medical devices company in the search for a Director of Operations. This key leadership role oversees daily operations supporting patient services equipment logistics and field teams. The Director will drive efficiency improve cross-functional collaboration and implement scalable systems to support growthall while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations across logistics patient services and field support
Develop and optimize systems and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Foster collaboration across departments and ensure regulatory compliance
Support high-quality patient experiences through operational excellence
Qualifications:
5 years of operations or general management experience ideally in healthcare logistics or patient services
Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams
Proven success in streamlining processes and leading cross-functional initiatives
Working knowledge of healthcare or medical equipment compliance standards
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational abilities
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with ACHC HCPCS or DMEPOS compliance frameworks
Background in scaling operations or managing organizational change
Experience with tools like Brightree Twilio OptimoRoute or CRM platforms
