BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate Experienced and Senior level Procurement Agents.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Provide oversight and management of supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance
• Lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions
• Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions
• Consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
• Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
• Participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1 years of experience with Procurement
• 1 years of experience with managing/interfacing with suppliers
• 1 years of experience negotiating directly with suppliers
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data Manipulation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for associate level: $60350 $81650

Summary pay range for experienced level: $74800 $101200

Summary pay range for senior level: $95200 - $128800
