The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston - Cambridge an iconic property overlooking the Charles River is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Manager to join their leadership team! This hotel offers a seasonal rooftop restaurant live music at Scullers Jazz Club and event space. Its only a half mile from Harvard Business School one mile from Harvard Square and less than two miles from Boston University and MIT!
Were looking for an engaging leader with the ability to multi-task as well as the desire to foster a culture of respect and positivity!This position will be supporting 2-3 outlets per shift/overseeing 15-20 union and non-union team members while reporting to the hotels Director of Operations.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess one years front of house management experience in afull-service restaurant. Prior food and beverage leadership experience in a hotel including banquets exposure would be considered an asset!

What will I be doing
As a Food and Beverage Manager you would be responsible for assisting the leadership team in overseeing the functionality and safety of the resort to protect the well-being of all guests and team members in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
