Job Description

Overview

We are Pat Peck Honda! We are part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail and customer service. We are looking to add a qualified BDC Manager to our Sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Managing agents schedules
  • Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone Internet or Text.
  • Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
  • Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
  • Monitor call text and chat systems
  • Collecting and organizing Lead data for reporting and follow up purposes
  • Coordinating sales projects as required
  • Monitor websites for accuracy and compliance
  • BDC setting appointments for sales only
  • Making follow up calls

Qualifications:

  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred but not required.
  • Internet Sales/BDC management experience
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Confidence in your ability to be successful
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
  • A desire to work in a commission performance-based environment.
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
