SUMMARY

The Custodial Services Technician 1 duties involve general custodial tasks including but not limited to cleaning of restrooms public areas classrooms offices and conference rooms. The ideal candidate isflexible diligent and a good communicator who can receive feedback and resolve basic issues with the support of an on-site Supervisor or Crew New Hire Orientation and receiving in-person training is required before being placed at a site. Placement site can change at any time based on contract requirements or the needs of the line of business.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions fumes airborne particles toxic or caustic chemicals extreme heat risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
