Are you ready to be the financial backbone of our Supply Chain teams Were looking for a dynamic Financial Planning Analyst to bridge the gap between finance and supply chain focusing on Transportation Inventory and Trade Compliance. If you thrive on complex reporting and P&L initiatives this role is for you!
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the VP of Supply Chain and Logistics managers/directors to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
- Deliver Excellence: Produce high-quality financial reports that drive decision-making.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify and anticipate financial risks and opportunities.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage transportation and supply chain budgets.
- Month-End Mastery: Prepare month-end bookings for supply chain processes.
- Performance Reporting: Generate monthly results and metrics reports.
- Productivity Enhancement: Drive productivity improvements across supply chain areas.
- Freight Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of freight accruals against pending invoices.
- Strategic Modeling: Develop business models for strategic projects.
- Forecasting & Planning: Support the creation of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) Strategic Plans (STRAP) and forecasts (57 & 84).
- Comprehensive Reporting: Produce supply chain scorecards NQC reports and NQC decks.
- SAP Expertise: Review and verify SAP postings on P&L accounts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain and transportation teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
What We Need:
- Experience: At least 3 years of finance planning or reporting experience (ideally in a manufacturing / industrial environment)
- Education:Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering.
- Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency.
- ERP Systems:Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
