Adobe Firefly as a web product empowers users to effortlessly create stunning graphics and videos whether they are beginners or experts by offering an intuitive platform fueled by innovative AI capabilities. By developing modular reusable frontend components this team will play a pivotal role in redefining creative workflows. What Youll Do!
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone passionate about building web products AI engineering innovation and strategic alignment across complementary teams and technologies
Cultivate strong partnerships with Product Engineering teams and other partner teams to shape the product vision roadmap and business strategy
Be responsible for the development of the frontend and driving its product roadmap
Promote an engineering culture that values innovation and creativity while ensuring high-quality reliable product deliveries
Lead project scope and address risks through data analytics and creative problem-solving
Lead and mentor a dedicated team of engineers
Drive the design and execution of world-class solutions
Monitor and optimize performance to meet ambitious project goals.
Basic Qualifications!
At least 10 years of industry experience building web products and front-end systems.
Proven experience leading teams (at least 4 years) and delivering outstanding solutions
Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully implement complex projects.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Work experience in Creative / Imaging Domains will be highly useful
Experience developing large scale systems
Good exposure in LLMs and Diffusion Model
High proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript (ES6)
Proficient with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Proficient in functional programming style
Mobile development experience is a Bonus.
Knowledge of modern web technologies for example WASM WebGPU and canvas rendering security asynchrony and performance optimisation
