Job Description
Technology Transfer Execution: Manage scale-up exhibit and validation batch execution in coordination with R&D production and QA teams.
Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize granulation compression coating and packing processes for efficient and reproducible output.
Documentation: Prepare and review technology transfer protocols batch manufacturing records (BMR) and process summary reports.
Troubleshooting: Address process-related issues during batch execution supporting investigations and implementing CAPAs where required.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with QA QC RA and Engineering teams to ensure smooth and compliant product transfers.
Audit Support: Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory inspections (USFDA MHRA WHO EU-GMP) with tech transfer-related records.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Train production and QA personnel on new processes equipment handling and critical control parameters.
