Job Description

HR Advisor

  • Hours: 37.5 per week (part time hours considered).
  • Location:Rennie House Tring with some travel between all Rennie Grove Peace locations.
  • Salary: 32773 per annum (pro rata).
  • Closing date: Tuesday 17 June 2025 at 12 noon.
  • Interview date: Tuesday 24 June 2025.

The role of HR Advisor is in place to develop deliver and provide:

HR services that ensure Rennie Grove Peace attracts and retains staff and volunteers with the right skills and potential to deliver Rennie Grove Peace strategy and drive strong performance.

HR expertise to the organisation and address all associated people matters in accordance with best practice internal compliance and legal requirements.

You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to Senior Managers Managers and staff within the business areas.
  • Develop coach support and offer guidance to all stakeholders on the application of HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
  • Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum including workforce planning restructuring resourcing talent management pay and reward employee relations employee engagement and performance management.
  • Collaborate with People Team colleagues to support a one team approach so that we may continuously improve to deliver the People Strategy.
