As the Head of Partnerships you will be part of the senior leadership team in the Personal Everyday Banking team thats doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Grow the NAB Goodies proposition that forms a key pillar of NABs loyalty strategy
  • Develop the Goodies partnership strategy and supporting roadmap to ensure strong partner brands in all key consumer spend categories
  • Negotiate commercial partnership agreements with partners across all identified consumer spend categories ensuring a market leading offers program which supports both Personal Everyday Banking acquisition and retention
  • Develop robustperformance tracking to ensure a strong ROI for all partner offers
  • Support offers design to ensure a strong customer experience and ensure operational controls to manage risk
  • Drive a customer-obsessed culture developing partnerships that delight key target segments eg mass affluent

Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:

  • In-depth experience working in a similar senior leadership role in Partnerships Strategy Product development in Financial Services or a related field
  • Track record of extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
  • Track record of leading partner negotiation
  • Experience developing articulating and implementing business strategy that achieve intended outcomes measured through shareholder customer and employee value
  • Sophisticated influencing skills and ability to influence and shape outcomes at an executive level
  • Well-developed leadership skills and experience managing high performing teams
