Job Description

Business Analyst Manufacturing Operations
Experience: 4 - 7 Years
Location: USA - New Brunswick
50 onsite they ll do 3 days onsite one week 2 days onsite the next
New Brunswick NJ location
12-month contract

-MUST HAVE
4yrs in pharma background and need experience in business operations.
- Min 4 yrs proficiency in data science and analytics modeling platforms and visualization tools (e.g. SQL Python Tableau Spotfire PowerBi Solvace)
- Min 4 years of experience in business operations supply chain data analytics structuring analytical tools and data visualization in pharmaceutical or related industry.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor s degree required in supply chain data analytics life sciences and/or business administration
advanced degree preferred. Strong Project Management capability skills PMP preferred.
- 4 years of experience in business operations supply chain data analytics structuring analytical tools and data visualization preferably in pharmaceutical or related industry.
-Proficient with data science and analytics modeling platforms and visualization tools (e.g. SQL Python
Tableau Spotfire PowerBi Solvace); up-to-date on emerging technology and able to quickly adapt to new digital ways of working / systems.
-Excellent written and verbal executive-level communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
-Ability to prioritize work with autonomy and drive results under pressure cultivate growth mindset in others.
-Skilled in leading cross-functional complex projects with high organizational impact; requiring enterprise
stakeholder manager leading and influencing activities and non-direct team members leading across multiple sites workstreams globally.
-Excellent collaboration problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with a broad
range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven critical thinking analytical and logic skills with a focus on fact-based decision-making.
-Financial management awareness and strong acumen - clear understanding and alignment on the business problem value/return on investment identifying critical stakeholders and team members building project structure/approach and creating robust plans
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment organized and able to prioritize activities to meet
multiple deadlines in a dynamic rapidly changing environment
-Demonstrated learning agility and ability to inspire adaptability across the global supply chain.
-Proven track record of fostering innovation and creativity within a team or individual setting; Capable of
bringing structure to vaguely defined problems while using creative yet pragmatic problem-solving approaches and management.
-Strong dedication to upholding and enhancing quality standards in work output.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in PowerPoint including the use of animations
transitions and multimedia elements.

Position Summary:
The GSC Strategy & Business Operations (S&BO) Role is accountable for
1 Driving the full slate of global supply chain run the business and change the business activities in alignment with our GSC strategic roadmap.
2 Leading GSC-wide projects and initiatives such as: yearly business calendar processes/deliverables change management communications analytics performance across the GSC organization and all business pillars (delivery customer partnership E2E planning clinical supply chain process and digital excellence)
3 Drive data analytics and visualization strategy by collaborating with business partners to explore process and analyze data from diverse sources delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.
4 Conduct external benchmarking to ensure operational relevance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
-Establish document maintain evolve and facilitate the Global Supply Chain (GSC) standing governance business processes and best practices.
- Facilitate meetings using GSC governance framework setting of agendas priorities and objectives; understand and triage topics for discussion and alignment. Facilitate discussions in a structured manner to achieve quick decisions and robust outcomes.
- Drive simplification standardization and consistency of the strategic planning processes and related
governance across GSC pillars.
- Identify and oversee the required processes and tools to evaluate performance and enable pro-active data-driven risk detection and decision taking.
- Lead the development of GSC pillar metrics and measures that drive the identification of continuous
improvement opportunities and ensure healthy business operation.
- Drive development of dashboards and ensure consistency across GSC performance scorecards in collaboration with cross functional business & insights analytic partners.
-Coordinate the identification prioritization and implementation of GSC initiatives to improve and ensure long-term organizational performance and process efficiency.
-Plan manage and lead projects and/or multifunctional teams set to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
-Continually assess GSC business processes with the mindset of continuous improvement as well as internal and external benchmarking.
-Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization and bring innovative solutions for consideration.
-Creative Storytelling: Ability to transform complex ideas into clear engaging and visually appealing
presentations.
Culture & People:
-Define prepare and execute communication plans for GSC (in collaboration with pillar SBO leads) that include newsletters townhalls face-to-face event preparations and other culture engagements.
-Ensure excellent stakeholder management within GSC as well as partners such as Finance BI&A Demand
Planning Human Resources IT (not exhaustive).
-Lead and facilitate community of practice and hybrid/virtual centers of excellence for change and culture initiatives.
-Organize cultural and team-building events activities and workshops to promote collaboration inclusivity and a strong sense of belonging among employees.
Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
-Lead of change management activities by applying BMS methodology & tools to support adoption of project related changes.
-Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs aimed at fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction and morale.
