Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in performance marketing particularly with coaches and consultants and possess a deep understanding of all verticals of funnels and sales processes. This role requires strategic thinking operational excellence and the ability to streamline processes to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless of performance marketing strategies.
- Funnel Management: Manage the entire funnel process from lead generation to sales conversion optimizing each stage for maximum effectiveness.
- Team Management: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and creative departments to meet project goals.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain project timelines ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to align operational processes with sales goals driving revenue growth.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign results.
- Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and satisfaction with service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in operations management preferably within a performance marketing or digital agency environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working with coaches and consultants with a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM project management tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Funnel Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales funnels from lead generation to conversion including ClickFunnels Leadpages or similar tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data track metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
