Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for Project Manager Cyber Security project with banking regulation for our banking client based in UAE (PWFH)
Strong experience managing cybersecurity projects in the banking or financial services sector---Must
Proven experience in project management for cybersecurity initiatives (e.g. SSO PAM MFA).---Must
Projects comply with banking regulations such as UAE central bank guidelines PCI DSS and other relevant standards---Must
PMP or Prince 2 (any one certified --must
Strong Banking Domain---Must
Job Description:
Mandatory skills:
Proven experience in project management for cybersecurity initiatives (e.g. SSO PAM MFA).
Banking industry expertise with familiarity in regulatory frameworks.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desired Skills
Working Knowledge and Exposure to banking and financial operations preferred. Exposure to IT Infrastructure Projects preferred.
Strong experience managing cybersecurity projects in the banking or financial services sector preferred.
Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2
Roles &Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead the end-to-end of cybersecurity projects related to SSO PAM MFA and other security domains ensuring alignment with banking standards.
Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation specific to the financial services environment.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks ensuring project deliverables meet strict compliance and security requirements.
Banking and Regulatory Expertise
Ensure projects comply with banking regulations such as UAE central bank guidelines PCI DSS and other relevant standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with cross-functional teams including IT cybersecurity business units and risk management to align project objectives with banking priorities.
Regularly communicate project progress roadblocks and achievements to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
Technical Leadership
Oversee the implementation and integration of cybersecurity solutions like PAM SSO MFA and other technologies
Provide guidance on best practices for securing sensitive customer data and banking operations.
Stay informed on cybersecurity trends emerging threats and their implications for banking systems.
Process Optimization
Evaluate and enhance existing cybersecurity processes such as access governance identity lifecycle management and break-glass procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement of cybersecurity projects.
Experience :
7 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity with at least 3 years in project management roles.
Strong experience managing cybersecurity projects in the banking or financial services sector
Familiarity with banking-specific systems technologies and regulatory compliance requirements.
Banking or financial industry exposure. Bachelor s degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
