Job Description
- Collect process and analyze large data sets from various sources.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance business operations.
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout all projects.
- Create and maintain documentation for data sources and methodologies.
- Utilize visualization tools to present complex data clearly.
- Assist in the design and management of data collection systems.
- Monitor and evaluate data quality and cleanliness regularly.
- Participate in regular strategy sessions with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
- Support and troubleshoot analytical tools and software.
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. R Python SAS).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Knowledge of data mining techniques and algorithms.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Familiarity with business intelligence concepts.
- Experience with Excel and data manipulation techniques.
- Knowledge of machine learning is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance issues.
