4G Staffing is now looking for experienced Class A CDL truck drivers to work with a local company based in Los Angeles CA.
The Class A CDL Truck Driver plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods traveling from CA to WA. The route starts Monday finishing by Friday home weekends.
In this capacity the driver is responsible for operating commercial vehicles that transport products ranging from food to industrial equipment. The role is crucial for maintaining supply chains supporting economic growth and meeting customer expectations for timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and drive lowboy trucking equipment safely on various routes in multiple weather conditions.
- Conduct pre-trip en-route and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Follow all local state and federal traffic laws and regulations.
- Plan and manage delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate records of truck maintenance and repairs.
- Load and secure cargo according to company and safety guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers in a professional manner.
- Utilize GPS and other navigation tools to determine the best routes.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Adhere to company policies regarding equipment and safety practices.
- Complete all necessary paperwork related to deliveries and inspections.
- Assist in training and mentoring new drivers as needed.
- Manage delivery schedules and adjust plans as necessary.
- Uphold a high level of customer service during all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Experience driving lowboy trucks
- Experience in long-haul or regional driving.
- Basic understanding of truck maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads when necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Ability to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
- Prior experience with customer service or freight handling preferred.
- Adherence to safety standards and commitment to a safety-first approach.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
