We are currently searching for a Tech Lead:
Responsibilities
- Lead design development and implementation of software solutions.
- Provide technical mentoring to developers and coordinate technical tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.
- Ensure code quality security and scalability (reviews best practices).
- Solve technical problems and propose technological improvements.
Requirements
- 5 years in Java development (version 17.
- Experience in event-driven architecture OAuth2 and microservices.
- Proficient in testing: JUnit Mockito PACT CDC and unit testing.
- Relational (MySQL PostgreSQL) and non-relational (Mongo Redis) databases.
- Solid knowledge in Spring REST APIs Git/GitFlow and Gradle.
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins) security (Checkmarx Fortify) and monitoring (Dynatrace Splunk) tools.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum) and advanced Javascript proficiency 3 years).
- Advanced English 80.
Desired
- Experience in digital banking (preferably in our client).
- Knowledge of Kafka NestJS NextJS and security concepts (SSL Keystores).
- Tools: Bitbucket JIRA Confluence.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
