Smile you found us! Looking for a career change in 2025 Come find out what makes Peak THE PLACE to work and live. Our apartment community Town & Country Apartments is currently looking for a ROCKSTAR Leasing Manager to join our team at our beautiful 600 unit property located in Urbana Illinois.
Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must be able to build and maintain rapport with tenants and promote retention. Must have prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy. Oversees directs and mentors leasing team to meet departmental goals. This position requires strong technical skills in budget preparation reporting leasing and operations attention to detail is essential! The Leasing Manager practices Fair Housing Laws and monitors Leasing team to ensure compliance.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking giving tours and meeting with potential tenants.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
