Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Director of Salesto lead and expand our semiconductor services business specifically withinASIC design. This high-impact role requires a strategic sales leader with deep industry connections and a proven track record in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 3 years in semiconductor engineering servicesand10-15 years of semiconductor industry experienceat aSenior Manager or Director level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in semiconductor services with a focus onASIC design.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key clients OEMs and semiconductor companies.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive customer engagement build strong relationships and provide technical sales support to close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering marketing and product teams to align business strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales forecasting pipeline development and revenue targets with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong background inASIC design.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor services(design services IP or related consulting).
  • Proven track record ofsales leadershipat aSenior Manager or Director level.
  • Deep understanding ofASIC design cycles semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Strong network within the semiconductor industry includingOEMs fabless companies and IP providers.
  • Ability to drivecomplex technical B2B sales cycleswith high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Willing torelocate to the Bay Areaif not already a resident.
