We are seeking a full-time Peer Support Specialist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. In this role you will provide essential expertise and consultation to promote a culture that respects and integrates each clients preferences values and unique perspectives into their treatment plans. You will support clients in achieving symptom stability improving their quality of life and fostering independence within their communities.
