Pay Range: $30$36 per hour (commensurate with experience and education
Position Summary
PacMoore is seeking aSenior Maintenance Technicianto join our high-performing team in Mooresville IN. In this critical role youll ensure our production and processing equipment operates at peak efficiency to meet production goals and support new product launches. Youll work with minimal supervision applying your advanced mechanical and electrical expertise to troubleshoot repair and optimize complex systems.

What Youll Do
- Maintain troubleshoot and repair production and processing equipment including Spray Dryers and Extruders.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to define equipment requirements for new product introductions.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues dismantle and replace defective components and reassemble machinery for optimal performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance using PM and work order systems to ensure equipment reliability.
- Train and mentor less experienced maintenance staff sharing your knowledge and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs climbing ladders etc.)
What You Bring
- 10 yearsof hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills including working with components up to 460 volts.
- Proficiency in repairing pumps motors augers hoists and other production equipment.
- Experience using CMMS or other maintenance tracking systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals schematics and blueprints.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others.
- High School Diploma or GED required; formal technical training or associate degree preferred
