The Global Corporate Procurement (GCP) team is seeking a Contract Manager to support the negotiation and documentation of third-party contractual relationships across various spend categories including Professional Services Benefits Human Resources Services Travel Tax Legal Marketing Technology and Construction. This role will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Managers Legal teams and business stakeholders to execute contract strategies and deliver results within established frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Reviews and processes standard commercial agreements including Master Services Agreements (MSA) Master Hardware and Software Agreements (MHSA) Master Purchase Agreements (MPA) Professional Services Agreements (PSA) Statements of Work (SOW) Work Orders Letters of Intent (LOI) Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and Term Sheets
Supports the monitoring of contract renewals Service Level Agreements (SLA) Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other performance metrics to ensure business continuity
Implements contract practice standards and operating procedures to improve efficiency
Coordinates the end-to-end contracting process from kickoff to execution
Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate status updates
Provides input on process improvements and best practices
Maintains accurate contract documentation and reporting

Bachelors degree
3 years of contracts management experience including direct responsibility for reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts within a Procurement or Legal Department
Knowledge of standard commercial agreement structures and key legal terms
Masters Degree (MBA/MS) or Law Degree
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in a large matrixed organization
Proven track record of stakeholder management
Understanding of procurement processes and policies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with contract management systems
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
