OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for overseeing and reporting on the Operational Resilience framework tools and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements to enable the achievement of MUFGs strategic objectives. This framework covers regulatory requirements across the UK (FCA/PRA) and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
Responsible for establishing collaborative relationships across MUFG entities in the UK and Europe using excellent interpersonal and leadership skills the role will influence and advise senior management to realise intended benefits.
The role holder will support the ongoing maturity of the Operational Resilience Framework in particular utilising the Framework to assess the impact of Change projects within the business from an operational resilience perspective. The role holder will also work closely with different MUFG entities to support the delivery of DORA requirements and work to develop a strong capability in the first line of defence
The role holder will have detailed knowledge of the UK Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and DORA (EU). Role holder will have demonstrable experience of successfully establishing Operational Resilience frameworks and capabilities in similar financial services institutions including working with Change functions or projects.
