Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting learners Join us a Learner Support Officer where youll be responsible for providing learner support to students and interns undertaking PSA training and qualifications.
- Full time 37.5 hours per week
- 12 months fixed term contract
- Flexible on location
- Option for hybrid work arrangement
What youll do
- Work closely with PSA staff and internal teams to provide support to students and interns undertaking PSA training and qualifications in a professional and timely manner
- Triage queries and issues internally or externally to other organisations in line with PSA policies and processes
- Promote PSA products and services to members and non-members
- Deliver superior customer service to PSA members and potential members and contribute to increased levels of member retention and engagement with the profession.
What Were Looking For
- Demonstrated customer service skills including excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities to achieve desired outcomes within specified timelines.
- Motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently under limited guidance and as part of a local and national team. .
- Sound IT skills including experience with Microsoft office suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Personal attributes of courtesy tact discretion and respect with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical behaviour at all times.
