Summary:
This position is accountable for meeting service-level expectations and profitability goals in the assigned region by managing and supporting a team of service technicians. It requires strong leadership a deep understanding of HVACR systems and the ability to manage remotely using technology.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily technician scheduling and routing to meet service level expectations
  • Control costs through smart labor management part usage and call efficiency
  • Monitor work orders open calls PMs escalations and RMA processing
  • Review district schedules and proactively resolve unassigned jobs and missed dispatches
  • Provide real-time tech support when needed and weekend/after-hours coverage as required
  • Conduct weekly team calls to share company updates and address field challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch inventory HR) to support field operations
  • Coach review and support technician performance; manage staffing needs with HR
  • Report regularly to the VP of Service on district performance challenges and opportunities
  • Reconcile technician credit card expenses
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to support field technicians
  • Tech-savvy comfortable using analytics and tools to manage remotely
  • Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
