Marketing Business Analyst
Position Overview
As a Business Analyst at Shaw Floors your primary responsibility is to analyze and evaluate business processes systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various stakeholders including business leaders product and brand teams to gather requirements define business objectives and develop solutions that align with the companys goals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends patterns and insights that can drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Gather data from various sources (e.g. web analytics CRM) to understand market trends customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Convert data into clear and concise reports charts and dashboards to communicate an assortment of weekly / monthly / and annual reports analyzing sales trends.
- Key initiatives and/or projects and assignments for Shaw Floors Brand.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Assess marketing campaign effectiveness ROI and customer engagement metrics.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to inform ongoing brand strategy.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Product Brand Sales and IT to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Gather and manage content from brand team stakeholders for monthly operating rhythms; L&P PRM P&L and NPI.
- Work with marketing teams sales teams and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proficient in the PowerBI App Tableau Inventory Planning Software Salesforce Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and other CRM systems.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and listening skills
- Analytical ability to process sample data
- Willingness to remain flexible and accept special requests or assignments as necessary
