Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships within the community
- Develop strategies to connect with the community
- Secure new individual and corporate donors
- Cultivate solicit and steward individual and corporate donors (new and existing)
- Active in the community through speaking engagements events and presentations
- Assist with coordination and cultivation of church relations
- Travel as needed to fulfill job duties
- Travel to Little Rock as needed / requested by the Foundation Executive Director
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Foundation Executive Director
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelors degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in related work
- Personal integrity character collaborative and a strong sense of ethics
- Ability to deal effectively with a multitude of personalities
- Excellent verbal written and organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- An affinity for serving the public good
- High energy level
- Passion for community engagement
- Ability to quickly learn and establish trust
- Knowledge of computers and software programs
