What you will do
- Perform repairs on facility plumbing electrical lighting ceiling tiles and flooring walls doors and other facility equipment
- Conduct diagnostic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on facilities components and fixtures including electrical fixtures
- Perform salting on sidewalks walkways and entrances as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility oil room ground storage and other utility rooms to 6S standards
- Manage plant HAZMAT storage and disposition to EPA standards
- Install and maintain compressed air and process gas lines and infrastructure
- Perform production machine and equipment troubleshooting and repair including basic welding as needed
- Execute moves of office furniture and office components as needed
- Coordinate outside contractors to perform facilities work
What you need
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of professional work experience
- Ability to lift push pull or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk sit stand kneel or stoop for prolonged periods as needed
Preferred
- Associates Degree or additional education/training is a plus
- 3 or more years of experience working with facilities maintenance
- Experience with operation of hand tools equipment and machinery
- Experience working in fast-paced environment
