Facilities Manager - Financial administrative facilities.

A Day in the Life of a Facilities Manager:
- Begin your morning reviewing real-time building performance data over a gourmet coffee in a state-of-the-art command center.
- Jet off to one of your high-end sites where youll walk the halls of financial power ensuring every detail aligns with our clients exacting standards.
- Lead a virtual team huddle inspiring your squad of facilities professionals to new heights of excellence.
- Engage in a strategic planning session with C-suite executives translating their vision into tangible facility enhancements.
- Analyze complex financial data uncovering innovative ways to optimize operations without compromising luxury.
- Conclude your day by fine-tuning your teams approach always staying steps ahead in this dynamic high-stakes environment.
Who Were Looking For:
Required:
- Extensive track record of excellence in facilities management with a proven history of overseeing administrative complexes for at least 7 years.
- Demonstrated leadership skills capable of inspiring and guiding a diverse team of professionals.
- Strong financial acumen including expertise in budget management forecasting and cost optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills adept at interacting with high-net-worth individuals and top-tier executives.
- Flexibility to travel 2-3 days per week within Los Angeles and Ventura County.
- Proficiency in analyzing and presenting complex data with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience in the financial sector or luxury hospitality industry.
- MBA or relevant masters degree in Facilities Management or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Knowledge of cutting-edge smart building technologies and sustainable facility management practices.
- Familiarity with MWDBE (Minority Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) sourcing initiatives.
This role is tailor-made for a facilities management virtuoso who thrives in high-pressure environments and isnt afraid to redefine industry standards. Pay $00 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary
Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift with on-call required 24/7 for emergency response.
