POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Service Team Leader along with the Production Manager is responsible for the customer satisfaction quality of work and timely completion of booked projects.
The Service Team Leader is based largely in the field conducting daily site visits running materials moving crews as necessary and ensuring the jobsite safety on all projects. Service Team Leaders must be highly organized possess excellent communication skills have an eye for detail. And have a sincere passion for customer service. In this role you will also spend time working on office tasks and learning the administrative side of the business such as material ordering estimating and all aspects of project management.
You will also complete repairs schedule repairs and collect payments on repair and small projects. This position is a developmental role that will prepare candidates for the role of Production Manager.

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
$45000-$65000 Annually
