What You Will Do:
Plan the delivery of the overall Engineering Product Development programs and associated activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization by establishing and maintaining the program charter(s) and program plans
Establish and manage programs feature baseline scheduling critical path and technology risks areas for execution.
Cross-functionally communicate key development updates risks and timeline on projects as well as presenting to the Executive team as required.
Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and drive improvements / creation of such policies and procedures as require
Deliver programs status reports in accordance with the programs charter(s) and departmental reporting process
Ensure that the programs operate within the approved budget and overall objectives Monitor all budgeted program expenditures manage programs budgets in accordance with company rules
Ensure that all financial records for the programs are up to date and available
Identify and evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with programs activities and take appropriate action(s) to control the risks and opportunities in collaboration with the Engineering Leadership team
Ensure the execution of program review meetings gate reviews and regular reviews with the stakeholders including across sites when applicable
