We are seeking a talented individual to join our Early Career Talent Acquisition team at Marsh McLennan. This role will ideally be based in Louisville KY. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role will support the Early Career Campus Recruiting team. The successful candidate for this position will have the desire to be an active member of the team. They will not be shy about participating providing input and comfortable expressing ideas to improve processes and procedures. In this role you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the firm to execute inclusive recruitment programming and initiatives.
The Inclusive Recruitment Specialist must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and understand the importance of engaging with Internal external and student stakeholders. Being organized and having the ability to multi-task will be critical to ones success. We are looking for a problem solver who pays close attention to detail and thinks on their feet. This position will require the incumbent to work with a sense of urgency due to the many competing and tight deadlines
